For more than a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of operations, customer experience, education, and community engagement. As the founder of Nine Winters, I have developed robust programs and marketing campaigns that use food as a vehicle for cultural storytelling and connection. My work has included speaking at universities, participating in small business panels, leading trainings, and creating experiences that foster understanding of Asian-American culture and the adoptee experience. I am grateful to create experiences that matter, built by a commitment to quality and care from curation to launch.
